就云南而言,高职院校大多由中职学校升格而成,建校历史短,实力不足,图书馆基础薄弱,与《云南省高职高专院校图书馆建设指南(试行)》的A类建设要求差距甚远,基本处于“温饱水平”。针对这些问题或困惑,网络环境下的高职院校图书馆要在服务能力建设与创新服务的实践中探索路径,寻找应对之策。
In terms of Yunnan, most of the higher vocational colleges are upgraded from secondary vocational schools. The school has a short history, lack of strength and a weak foundation of the library. It is also in line with the Guidelines for the Construction of Libraries in Yunnan Higher Vocational Colleges (for Trial Implementation). A type of construction requires a far cry from the basic “food and clothing level ”. In response to these problems or confusion, the library of higher vocational colleges under the network environment should explore the path in the service capacity building and innovative service practice, and find a solution.
