目的评估在新工艺、新技术及实施综合性防毒措施的条件下,大型汽车制造行业工人接触化学物质情况。方法现场职业卫生学调查,连续4年对广西某大型汽车制造企业作业工人接触化学物质的质量浓度进行检测。结果在正常生产情况下,电焊工接触空气中锰及其无机化合物质量浓度合格率为71%,喷漆工接触空气中二甲苯质量浓度合格率为91%,制壳工接触空气中氨质量浓度合格率为75%,浇注工接触空气中甲醛质量浓度合格率为88%,其余作业工人接触空气中化学物质质量浓度符合卫生标准。在通风排毒设施未运转情况下,浇注工接触空气中甲醛质量浓度超标率达100%。结论大型汽车制造企业空气中化学物质的质量浓度可以较好地控制。电焊、喷漆、制壳和浇注作业岗位为重点防护对象,需加强个人防护。
Objective To evaluate the exposure of workers in large automobile manufacturing industries to chemical substances under the conditions of new techniques and technologies and implementation of comprehensive anti-virus measures. Methods On-site occupational hygiene survey conducted four consecutive years to test the quality of chemical exposure of workers in a large automobile manufacturing enterprise in Guangxi. Results Under normal production conditions, the qualified rate of mass concentration of manganese and its inorganic compounds in contact with the welder was 71%. The qualified rate of the mass concentration of xylene in the exposed air of the spray painter was 91%. The ammonia concentration in the contact air of shell-making workers was qualified The rate of 75%, pouring workers contact with formaldehyde in the air mass concentration pass rate of 88%, the remaining workers exposed to air quality chemicals in line with the health standards. In ventilation and detoxification facilities are not running, pouring workers in contact with formaldehyde in the air mass concentration exceeded the rate of 100%. Conclusion The mass concentrations of chemicals in the air of large automobile manufacturers can be well controlled. Welding, painting, shell and pouring jobs as the focus of protection, the need to strengthen personal protection.
