肝脏干 /祖细胞的分化、再生以及它的生物特性是一个非常活跃的研究领域。本研究报告当人脐血细胞经静脉输注给肝脏受损伤的及免疫功能缺陷的小鼠后 ,采用流式细胞术和组织配型 (HLA)的方法 ,结果发现 ,在输注 9周后鼠肝脏细胞内还存在有人脐血细胞 ,即使在灌洗后肝脏细胞的贴壁细胞培养及细胞集落 (CFU GEMM )中 ,也可以发现人脐血细胞的存在。结论 :证实了脐血造血干 /祖细胞能长期在肝脏中生长。
The differentiation and regeneration of liver stem / progenitor cells and their biological characteristics are a very active area of research. The present study reported that when human umbilical cord blood cells were infused intravenously into injured and immunocompromised mice, flow cytometry and tissue matching (HLA) were used. It was found that after 9 weeks of infusion Human umbilical cord blood cells also exist in liver cells, and human umbilical cord blood cells can be found even in adherent cell culture and cell colonies (CFU GEMM) of post-lavage liver cells. Conclusions: It has been demonstrated that cord blood hematopoietic stem / progenitor cells can grow long in the liver.
