教研员的职责是研究、指导、服务,促进教师队伍专业发展是重点。近些年来,我一直致力于做好以下4件事:1.加强专业学习,以“磨人”扩大团队。培养骨干教师梯队是学科可持续发展的保证。针对培养对象的特点,给他们展示的机会:课讲得好,安排全市公开课;文字功底扎实,布置写作任务;信息技术娴熟,负责网站建设;思想活跃阅读广泛,负责调研考试命题;阅读学习有心得,即安排全市做报告。如此,既发挥了他们的长处、磨练了新人,又加强了教研活动的凝聚力、完成了多项研究任务。近10年来,武汉市历史学科有5人晋升为特级教师,15人荣获市学科带头人称号,一大批青年教师脱颖而出。
