甘兰型油菜对微量元素硼肥非常敏感。土壤缺硼可以引起萎缩不实病(又称花而不实病)的大发生,减产极为严重。我所1977年在缺硼土壤(0.02 ppm)上作的油菜施硼试验结果表明,亩施硼0.5—2斤作底肥,亩产油菜籽247.2—275斤,而未施硼的对照区亩产仅19斤,增产1301-1447%,效果极其显著。为了查明甘兰型油菜施用硼肥有无后效及后效多长,我们特将1977年《施用硼肥防治甘兰型油菜萎缩不实病试验》收后划作裂区,作长期定位施硼观察,为经济合理施用硼肥提供科学依据。
