本文以新疆阿克苏地区图书馆为分析对象,按照专业将图书馆工作人员分为图书馆学专业(含图书情报学等相关专业)和非图书馆学专业两种类型,将两种专业类型的职称分布、岗位分布和部门分布以及职称的评定、职务晋升进行综合分析,为阿克苏地区图书馆选拔使用人才及确定人才培养方向提供参考,为图书馆员的专业努力方向及知识和技能的提升提出了意见和建议。
