概况航母陆上试验系统在整个航母建造过程中起着极为重要的作用,其主要承担舰载机研制的试验以及舰机接口方面的试验工作,验证舰载机与各种舰机接口设备。另外,它还肩负着训练舰载机飞行员的重任。为保证有充足的时间用于设备的测试与飞行员的训练,苏联认为,航母陆上试验系统应在航母交付前4年建好,“尼特卡”系统正是这样的一个陆上航母试验系统。
