目的:建立比较分析不同基源中药贝母品种中淀粉粒的新方法。方法:采用扫描电子显微镜对几种常见的贝母药材包括浙贝母Fritillaria thunbergii Miq.、湖北贝母Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia.和平贝母Fritillariaussuriensis Maxim中所含的淀粉粒进行观察,同时采用X射线能谱分析对其所含的无机成分进行元素分析。结果:淀粉粒在形态学上差异甚微,然而其无机元素的差异比较明显,平贝母中含有P元素(0.23%),在湖北贝母和浙贝母中没有该元素。结论:该方法简单可行,为贝母属植物的资源鉴定提供了新的依据,为其它中药材资源的鉴定提供参考。
Objective: To establish a new method for comparative analysis of starch grains in Fritillaria ussuriensis from different sources. Methods: Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to observe the starch granules contained in several common Fritillaria species including Fritillaria thunbergii Miq., Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et KCHsia. And Fritillariau sinensis Maxim. Radiographic analysis of elements contained in its inorganic elemental analysis. Results: The morphological differences of starch granules were insignificant, however, the difference of inorganic elements was obvious. The F was contained in the Fritillaria cirrhosae (0.23%), but not in the Fritillaria and Fritillaria. Conclusion: The method is simple and feasible, which provides a new basis for resource identification of Fritillaria and provides references for the identification of other Chinese herbal medicines.
