普通高校国防教育现状,是以多种不同形式存在于普通高校各行政管理部门之中的,所设行政管理部门的不同,制约着国防教育的开展与教学质量。二十多年来一些高校积累了许多宝贵经验,多种形式的国防教育,对社会已起到了巨大的积极作用与辐射作用。但由于各高校领导对国防教育的重视程度、定位程度的不同,以及多种因素导致了各高校国防教育开展质量差距很大。国防教育具有现实性、长远性和特殊性,在普遍高校中要落实处仍需改进和提高。
The status quo of national defense education in ordinary colleges and universities exists in various forms in different administrative departments of colleges and universities. The differences in the administrative departments set up restrict the implementation of national defense education and the quality of teaching. Over the past 20 years, some colleges and universities have accumulated many valuable experiences and various forms of national defense education have played an enormous positive role and a radiation role in the society. However, because of the importance attached by the leaders of higher education to national defense education, the different degrees of orientation, and various factors, the quality of national defense education in colleges and universities is greatly different. National defense education is realistic, long-term and special, and it still needs to be improved and enhanced in universities and colleges.
