脑扫描是临床核医学中检查方法之一,此法用于探查颅内占位性病变(如肿瘤,炎症与脓肿及血管性病变等),不仅具有简便,灵敏度高,定位准确的特点,且安全,无创伤性。据国内有关报道,阳性符合率均在80％以上,其中脑膜瘤,转移瘤可达95％以上,目前已成为神经外科术前诊断常规方法之一。现将我院住院病例24例的检查结果分析如下。
