目的:探讨新农药7051对小鼠神经系统的毒性作用及其机制。方法:通过随机双盲的小鼠实验分别测试7051、7051之溶剂二甲苯、7051加阿托品、7051加解磷定对小鼠神经系统的毒性作用。结果:7051之神经毒性远较二甲苯为大;而7051与阿托品或解磷定合用则可加强其神经毒性。结论:7051对动物有很强的神经毒性,因性状与有机磷相似,故抢救此类中毒者时,常误用有机磷特效解毒剂。本文提醒急诊医师在抢救农药中毒时,务必分清有机磷抑或是7051中毒。明确的7051中毒则禁用有机磷特效解毒剂。
Objective: To explore the toxic effect of new pesticide 7051 on the nervous system of mice and its mechanism. Methods: Toxicity of 7051,7051 solvent xylene, 7051 plus atropine and 7051 plus phosphate-solubilizing agent on the nervous system of mice was tested by random double-blind mouse experiments. Results: Neurotoxicity of 7051 was much larger than that of xylene; while 7051 combined with atropine or phosphate solubilizing could enhance its neurotoxicity. Conclusion: 7051 is very neurotoxic to animals. Because of its similarities with organophosphorus, it is often wrong to use organophosphorus special antidote when rescuing such poisoning. This article reminds emergency physicians in the rescue of pesticide poisoning, be sure to distinguish between organic phosphorus or 7051 poisoning. Clear 7051 poisoning is banned organic phosphorus special antidote.
