目的:单核细胞趋化蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法:利用免疫组织化学染色、RT-PCR及蛋白免疫印迹等方法对子宫内膜癌中的单核细胞趋化蛋白表达情况进行了研究,探讨单核细胞趋化蛋白与子宫内膜癌的相关性。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中的MCP-1的表达阳性率明显高于正常子宫内膜组织和增生性子宫内膜组织(P<0.05)。另外,对不同类型子宫内膜组织中MCP-1 mRNA的表达情况进行比较,发现子宫内膜癌组织中的MCP-1 mRNA水平明显高于正常子宫内膜组织和增生性子宫内膜组织。子宫内膜癌细胞EFE-184中MCP-1蛋白表达水平明显高于正常子宫内膜细胞。结论:子宫内膜癌组织中单核细胞趋化蛋白在mRNA和蛋白水平均表达明显增强,单核细胞趋化蛋白对子宫内膜癌的发病及进展均有一定的促进作用。
Objective: The expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of monocyte chemoattractant protein in endometrial carcinoma was studied by immunohistochemical staining, RT-PCR and Western blotting to explore the correlation between monocyte chemoattractant protein and endometrial carcinoma Sex. Results: The positive rate of MCP-1 expression in endometrial cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial tissues and proliferative endometrial tissues (P <0.05). In addition, comparing the expression of MCP-1 mRNA in different types of endometrium, we found that MCP-1 mRNA level in endometrial carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium and proliferative endometrium. MCP-1 protein expression in endometrial cancer cells EFE-184 was significantly higher than that in normal endometrial cells. Conclusion: The expressions of monocyte chemoattractant protein in endometrial carcinoma at mRNA and protein levels are significantly increased. Monocyte chemoattractant protein can promote the progression and progression of endometrial carcinoma.
