采用高效液相色谱法测定中成药肌瘤安胶囊中芍药甙的含量,平均回收率为100.34％,RSD为1.30％,本方法简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该药的质量控制指标之一,也可作为含白芍类中成药的定量作参考。
The HPLC method was used to determine the content of paeoniflorin in the Chinese medicine Myo Tuan An capsule. The average recovery was 100.34% and the RSD was 1.30%. The method was simple, sensitive and reproducible, and it can be used as the quality control of the drug. One of the indicators can also be used as a reference for the quantification of proprietary Chinese medicines containing peony.
