目的探讨表面遮盖重建(SSD)进行的头部CT血管成像(CTA)去骨成像技术(SSD-CTA技术)与容积CT数字减影血管造影(VCTDSA)技术对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。方法收集重庆医科大学附属第一医院提供的2013年4月-2014年11月期间35例利用VCTDSA技术确诊为颅内动脉瘤的患者资料,将其原始数据导入成都市第一人民医院CT工作站,进行SSD-CTA技术去骨重建,并将两组数据进行比较。另收集成都市第一人民医院2012年6月-2014年11月期间27例同时进行了SSD-CTA及数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查,并确诊为颅内动脉瘤的患者资料,将其结果进行比较。结果虽然SSD-CTA的重建图像质量评分较VCTDSA稍差,但两种技术对动脉瘤的诊断差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与DSA相比,SSD-CTA对于颅内动脉瘤诊断的灵敏度及特异度均为100%。结论 SSD-CTA具有临床实用价值,可作为颅内动脉瘤的检查、诊断方法。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of SSD-CTA and volume CT digital subtraction angiography (VCTDSA) for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods The data of 35 patients diagnosed as intracranial aneurysms by VCTDSA during April 2013-November 2014 were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and the original data were imported into the CT workstation of Chengdu First People’s Hospital. SSD-CTA technology for bone reconstruction, and two sets of data for comparison. Another collection of Chengdu First People’s Hospital in June 2012 -2014 in November 27 cases of simultaneous SSD-CTA and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) examination, and diagnosed as intracranial aneurysms of patients, its The results are compared. Results Although the reconstructed image quality of SSD-CTA was slightly worse than that of VCTDSA, there was no significant difference between the two techniques in the diagnosis of aneurysm (P> 0.05). Compared with DSA, the sensitivity and specificity of SSD-CTA for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms are 100%. Conclusion SSD-CTA has clinical value, which can be used as a diagnostic and diagnostic method for intracranial aneurysms.
