报道动态心电图监测95例高血压病左室肥厚患者和64例高血压病非左室肥厚患者心律失常的发生情况。左室肥厚组室性早搏、非持续性定性心动过速、室上性早搏和非定性严重心律失常的发生率均显著高于无左室肥厚组。结果表明,高血压病左室肥厚患者不仅容易发生室性心律失常,也有很高的室上性早搏发生率和发生非室性严重心律失常的危险性。对此高危患者要早期发现、早期防治。
Report of ambulatory ECG monitoring of 95 cases of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and 64 cases of hypertensive non-hypertrophic patients with arrhythmia. The incidence of ventricular premature beats, nonsustained tachycardia, supraventricular premature beats and non-qualitative severe arrhythmias were significantly higher in patients with left ventricular hypertrophy than those without left ventricular hypertrophy. The results show that hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy are not only prone to ventricular arrhythmias, but also have a high incidence of supraventricular premature beats and the risk of non-ventricular arrhythmias occur.
