评价国产新药抗痫灵(AES)对大鼠两种点燃模型的抗痫性。戊四唑(PTZ)点燃大鼠随机分4组(n=5),分别口服AESl50、300、500mg/kg/日或溶剂:杏仁核(AM)完全点燃大鼠随机分2组(n=5),分别口服AES500mg/kg/日或溶剂。共维持4周。分别用PTZ或电流刺激测试其抗痫效果,每周一次。结果:AES对PTZ点燃有效,且呈剂量依赖性;AES对AM点燃全然无效。提示AES的抗痫性有惊厥发作类型的选择性,副作用小。
