混凝土散水施工留置变形缝及缝内嵌沥青砂浆的做法施工烦琐、周期长,而且质量不易控制。河北省第四建筑工程公司在河北医学院宿舍楼施工中,改变了传统的施工方法,其成品质量得到了建设部质量检查组的好评。具体做法是:提前预制沥青砂浆条,条的厚度为20毫米,高度同散水厚,长度同散水宽。施工中按图纸要求,在散水变形缝的位置拉线,外边线仍用木板支模,靠墙身及分格线位置均固定沥青砂浆
