目的分析宁波地区不同年龄阶段女性人乳头状瘤病毒感染情况,为预防HPV感染和宫颈癌防治提供依据,有助于疫苗的研制和应用。方法采用DNA反向斑点杂交技术,对2 458例女性HPV的感染情况及型别分布进行分析。结果 2 458例女性标本中检出HPV阳性者443例,总阳性率为18.02%,其中单纯高危基因型364例(82.17%),低危基因型46例(10.38%),高危型与低危型混合感染33例(7.45%)。高危型以HPV52(4.35%)感染为主,其次为HPV53(2.48%)和HPV16(2.40%),低危型以HPV81(1.99%)感染为主。各年龄组均以单一感染为主,其次为双重感染。在6个年龄组中,40岁~49岁女性HPV阳性率最高。结论宁波地区女性HPV感染以单一感染为主,高危亚型的感染具有一定优势,以HPV52、HPV53和HPV16为主要感染亚型。低危亚型的感染以HPV81和HPV6为主要感染亚型。
Objective To analyze the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) in women of different ages in Ningbo region and provide basis for preventing HPV infection and preventing and treating cervical cancer, which is helpful to the development and application of vaccine. Methods Infection of HPV infection in 2 458 women and their type distribution were analyzed by DNA reverse dot blot hybridization. Results A total of 443 HPV positive cases were detected in 2 458 female specimens with a total positive rate of 18.02%. Among them, 364 (82.17%) were high-risk genotypes, 46 (10.38%) were low-risk genotypes, Mixed infection in 33 cases (7.45%). High-risk HPV52 (4.35%) infection, followed by HPV53 (2.48%) and HPV16 (2.40%), low-risk HPV81 (1.99%) infection. Single infection was the main factor in all age groups, followed by double infection. Among 6 age groups, women aged 40-49 had the highest HPV positive rate. Conclusion The HPV infection in Ningbo is mainly single infection. The infection of high-risk subtypes has some advantages. HPV52, HPV53 and HPV16 are the main infection subtypes. Low-risk subtype of infection with HPV81 and HPV6 as the main subtype of infection.
