目的:对住院冠心病患者冠脉搭桥围手术期用药合理性进行探讨。方法:通过病历浏览系统及临床查房,采集88例患者用药资料,查阅有关文献进行分析。结果:围手术期用药合理,但有些问题还需进一步研究。结论:冠脉搭桥手术过程中及治疗后均可能发生相关并发症,在治疗的全过程中合理地用药可有效防止并发症。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the perioperative rational use of coronary artery bypass grafting in hospitalized patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: Through the medical records browsing system and clinical ward rounds, 88 cases of patients’ medication information were collected and the relevant documents were reviewed. Results: Perioperative medication is reasonable, but some problems need further study. Conclusion: Complications may occur during and after coronary artery bypass grafting. The rational use of drugs in the whole course of treatment can effectively prevent the complications.
