目的探讨胃癌患者血清胃动素(MTL),肽YY(PYY),免疫球蛋白G(IgG)及铁蛋白(FRT)含量的变化及临床意义.方法胃癌患者28例,男19例,女9例,平均486岁(25岁~61岁),均经纤维内镜,X线钡餐和组织病理学检查确诊,并排除肠道肿瘤和内分泌疾病.病变按胃段分布包括胃窦部17例,胃底部5例,胃体部6例;按胃壁分布包括胃小弯18例,胃大弯4例,前壁2例和后壁3例;按胃癌的病期分为早期4例和中晚期24例;按组织学分为腺癌17例,粘液腺癌5例,低分化腺癌3例和未分化癌3例.健康对照26例,男17例,女9例,平均464岁(23岁~59岁),排除胃肠道和内分泌疾病.全部研究对象均于确诊后3d内的上午07:00空腹采血,用放射免疫法测定血清MTL,PYY,IgG和FRT.结果与对照比较,胃癌患者血清MTL(ng/L,2073±984vs3163±984,P<001),PYY(pmol/L,11±06vs17±08,P<001)和IgG(g/L,131±70vs253±101,P<001)明显升高,而FRT(μg/L,984±415vs1271±641,P>005)?
Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum motilin (MTL), peptide YY (PYY), immunoglobulin G (IgG) and ferritin (FRT) in gastric cancer patients.
