研究了NP型螯合树脂珠作为质谱样品载体,对铀同位素进行热电离质谱分析的方法。结果表明,采用NP型整合树脂珠,对铀的吸附效率可提高到50%以上,比使用强碱性阴离子交换树脂高一个数量级,而两类树脂珠对铀的电离效率基本相同,从而可将样品用量降低一个数量级。使用本方法对含铀量10~(-9)~10~(-7)g的树脂珠进行了铀同位素分析,对标准样品UTB-500,外精度达到±0.2%,对天然铀样品,外精度达到±0.5%。NP型螯合树脂珠在树脂珠法铀同位素分析中的使用是一个创新成果,该方法在原子法激光铀同位素分离贫化试验中得到了应用。
The method of thermal ionization mass spectrometry of uranium isotopes was studied by using NP-type chelating resin beads as carrier of MS samples. The results show that the adsorption efficiency of uranium can be increased to more than 50% with NP-type resin beads, which is an order of magnitude higher than that of strong-base anion exchange resins. The two types of resin beads have essentially the same ionization efficiency for uranium, The amount of sample is reduced by one order of magnitude. Uranium isotope analysis of resin beads containing 10 ~ (-9) ~ 10 ~ (-7) g of uranium was performed using this method. For the standard sample UTB-500, the external precision was ± 0.2%. For natural uranium samples, Accuracy of ± 0.5%. The use of NP type chelating resin beads in Uranium isotope analysis by resin bead method is an innovative achievement. The method has been applied in the atomic uranium isotope separation and depletion experiments.
