目的了解广西边贸地区某市不同国籍暗娼的预防艾滋病相关知识、高危行为特征及人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、梅毒、丙肝的感染状况,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法按照《国家级HIV综合监测点监测方案》要求进行问卷调查和采血检测HIV、梅毒、丙肝。结果对262名暗娼进行了问卷调查,采取其中血液样本244份;中国籍暗娼177人,平均年龄为33岁,主要为20～45岁,以已婚和外省户籍为主,分别占65.54%和61.58%,文化程度以初中及以下为主;越南籍暗娼85人,平均年龄为25岁,以≤24岁年龄组为主,占64.71%,未婚者居多,占62.35%,文化程度以初中及以上为主;暗娼艾滋病知识总体知晓率为99.62%,但对“蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病病毒”错误率较高;暗娼最近一次和最近一个月发生性行为时每次均使用安全套的比例,中国籍低于越南籍,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=20.24,P<0.01;χ2=32.44,P<0.01);有3.39%的中国籍暗娼有吸毒行为;HIV、梅毒、丙肝感染率分别为0.41%、1.64%和0.82%。结论暗娼对“蚊虫叮咬不会传播艾滋病病毒”认识较低,中国籍暗娼安全套使用率较低并有吸毒现象,并且HIV、梅毒、丙肝均有检出。
Objective To understand the HIV / AIDS related knowledge, risk behaviors of HIV seropositive women of different nationalities in a border city of Guangxi and their infection status with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), syphilis and hepatitis C, and to provide evidence for the development of interventions. Methods According to the “National HIV Integrated Monitoring Point Surveillance Program” questionnaire survey and blood testing HIV, syphilis, hepatitis C. Results A total of 262 FSWs were surveyed, of which 244 samples were blood samples. 177 Chinese FSWs, with an average age of 33 years and mainly aged 20 to 45, accounted for 65.54% of the total number of married women and other provinces. 61.58% of them were middle school students and junior middle school students. The number of female sex workers in Vietnam was 85, with an average age of 25 years. Conclusions Female sex workers have a low level of awareness about the fact that mosquito bites do not transmit AIDS virus. The rate of condom use among Chinese female sex workers is low and there is drug abuse. HIV, syphilis and hepatitis C are all detected.
