构建社会主义和谐社会的矛盾和问题固然很多,除了人与自然之间的关系之外,人与人之间的绝大部分矛盾和问题,都可以概括为“贫富和谐问题”。包括穷人和富人、相对贫困的农村与相对富裕的城市、贫困落后地区和富裕发达地区。贫富和谐问题产生于改革开放20多年来,我国一直奉行的“让一部分人、一部分地区先富起来”的政策,因为在此之前,举国上下几乎是清一色的贫困地区和穷人。20多年的改革开放创造了举世闻名的中国经济奇迹,也积累起了不容忽视的贫富不和谐问题。
There are, however, many contradictions and problems in building a harmonious socialist society. Apart from the relationship between man and nature, most of the contradictions and problems among people can be summed up as “the issue of harmony between rich and poor”. Including the poor and the rich, the relatively poor rural areas and the relatively affluent cities, the impoverished backward areas and the affluent developed areas. The issue of harmony between rich and poor originated from the policy of “allowing some people and some areas to get rich first” for more than 20 years since China adopted the policy of “opening up to the outside world.” Until then, the entire country has almost all kinds of impoverished areas and poor people. More than 20 years of reform and opening up have created the world-famous economic miracle in China and also accumulated the issue of the disparity between the rich and the poor that can not be ignored.
