本文在分析燃煤锻造反射炉的燃烧和加热过程的基础上,指出增强炉内辐射传热是强化炉子的主要手段,为此,要根据炉气动力学条件确定炉膛高度,保证在炉膛内形成均匀的高温区。
Based on the analysis of the combustion and heating process of coal-fired forged reverberatory furnace, it is pointed out that enhancing heat transfer in the furnace is the main means to strengthen the furnace.
