香菇栽培是利用香菇菌的作用,将菇木的成分转变成香菇子实体。段木栽培巧妙地利用气候和生态环境,不施用农药和肥料,不会对产品和环境产生污染。同时有计划地发展菇用林木,可永续栽培香菇。但是,近年常出现异常气候,时常发生平年不产香菇的现象。因此,了解香菇的特性,针对栽培环境的变化,对菇木进行管理十分必要。
