本文利用低血流灌注引起大鼠多器官衰竭(MOF)模型,结合重要器官病理变化,对MOF发生、发展过程的肝线粒体氧化还原电位及血浆氨基酸谱变化进行了观察。
In this study, the model of multiple organ failure (MOF) induced by hypoperfusion in rats was established. Combined with the pathological changes of vital organs, changes of mitochondrial redox potential and plasma amino acid profile in the process of MOF development were observed.
