以基础教育阶段不同学校间办学条件差别太大为由,主张改革统一高考制度,转而实行分散考试,由各高校自主考试,这一观点在论证逻辑上存在缺陷。如此而为的结果是,可能严重加剧基础教育阶段现已存在的不平衡。在高考制度改革方面,目前迫切需要细致全面的调查研究和缜密深入的分析论证,尤其是要有符合中国国情、具有高度可操作性的制度设计。
The reason for the difference in the conditions for running schools between different schools in the basic education stage is too great. It calls for the reform of the unified college entrance examination system and the introduction of decentralized examinations. The independent examinations conducted by colleges and universities are flawed in the argumentation logic. As a result of this, it may seriously aggravate the existing imbalance in the basic education stage. In the reform of the college entrance examination system, there is an urgent need for meticulous and comprehensive investigations and research and careful and in-depth analysis and argumentation. In particular, there must be system designs that are in line with China’s national conditions and are highly operative.
