患者女性３５岁，因发现盆腔包近３年，于１９９７年９月入院，住院号４２０７６４。患者于１９９４年３月因月经不规律就诊，Ｂ超提示子宫肌瘤。３年间每年复查Ｂ超均提示子宫肌瘤明显增大并液化。入院时妇科检查：宫颈正常大，轻度糜烂。子宫前位饱满，后壁可及一７ｃｍ×６
The patient was 35 years old. She was admitted to hospital in September 1997 because she was found to have a pelvic package for nearly 3 years. The hospital number was 420764. The patient presented with irregular menstruation in March 1994, and B-mode ultrasound showed uterine fibroids. Repeated B-ultrasound every year for 3 years showed that uterine fibroids were significantly enlarged and liquefied. Gynecological examination on admission: The cervix is normal and mildly erosion.
