水资源可持续利用对于社会主义新农村建设意义重大,针对华北干旱地区农村的地形及气候特点,以河北省某地新农村配套排水系统工程建设为例,系统研究了基于水资源循环利用技术的排水系统,包括污(雨)水收集系统规划设计、强化单元处理工艺设计、污水处理利用系统、雨水收集系统方案等。小关村示范工程建成投入使用后,运行稳定,操作简单,维护成本低,水资源可持续利用率明显提高。改善了当地居民的生活环境,有效缓解了缺水地区水资源短缺现状,环境效益、社会效益显著。
The sustainable utilization of water resources is of great significance to the construction of a new socialist countryside. Aiming at the topography and climate characteristics of the rural areas in arid regions of North China, taking the construction of a new rural drainage system in a new rural area of Hebei as an example, this paper systematically studies the water resources utilization based on the technology of recycling water resources Drainage system, including sewage (rain) water collection system planning and design, strengthening unit treatment process design, sewage treatment and utilization systems, rainwater harvesting system solutions. After the demonstration project of XiaoGuanC Village is completed and put into use, it has stable operation, simple operation, low maintenance cost and obviously improved water resources’ sustainable utilization rate. It has improved the living environment of local residents and effectively alleviated the current situation of water shortage in water-scarce areas. The environmental benefits and social benefits are remarkable.
