前文根据零电荷电位的概念和水的結构理論,初步地解释了阴离子对极化的影响。本文研究温度和阴离子对鎘电沉积速度的影响,根据試驗数据,討論鎘电沉积的极化性质,井由計算所得的活化能值进一步闡明阴离子在电积过程中的作用,提出阴离子效应的概念。文献中有关阴离子对金属电沉积影响的实驗均在18~25℃同进行。在不同温度下研究阴离子影响的工作还很少见。和在25~75℃ According to the concept of zero charge potential and the theory of water structure, we have preliminarily explained the effect of anions on polarization.
