目的:确定剑叶龙血树根中总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法:采用超声波辅助法提取剑叶龙血树根中的黄酮类化合物,通过单因素及L9(34)正交试验,考察超声波提取条件对剑叶龙血树根中总黄酮提取率的影响。结果:总黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为温度60℃,超声功率60 W,乙醇体积分数90%,料液比1∶30,提取时间30 min。结论:此条件下剑叶龙血树根总黄酮提取率为2.13%。
Objective: To determine the best extraction technology of total flavonoids from the root of Radix Aconitum. Methods: Ultrasound-assisted extraction of flavonoids from the roots of Radix Aconitum kirilowii was carried out. The effects of ultrasonic extraction conditions on the extraction of total flavonoids from the roots of Radix Aconitum kirilowii were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment L9 (34). Results: The optimal extraction conditions of total flavonoids were temperature 60 ℃, ultrasonic power 60 W, ethanol volume fraction 90%, solid-liquid ratio 1:30 and extraction time 30 min. Conclusion: Under this condition, the extraction rate of total flavonoids of Radix Aconitum root was 2.13%.
