本文在第一部份(见西安医学院学报1983年第三期)中,提出了教师队伍基本结构的概念和基本结构模式(以下简称模式),还提出了以模式为一般尺度的、以能位竞争为核心的教师管理体制的改革意见(以下简称意见)。在这一部份中,拟参照“模式”和“意见”,主要讨论我院教师队伍基本结构的现状,并对我院教师队伍建设工作提出一些建议,以供参考。
In the first part (see Xi’an Medical College Journal 1983 third period), this paper put forward the concept and basic structure model of the basic structure of the teachers (hereinafter referred to as the model), also proposed the model as a general measure, Bit competition as the core of the reform of teacher management system (hereinafter referred to as opinions).
