安徽省建一公司雷源铁等同志发明的JMA10型锚具和预应力工艺技术,在安徽省第二届发明展览会上荣获金奖,并被推荐参加1992年巴黎国际发明展览会。该项新产品与技术主要指标均达到国际同类锚具的规定标准。与现行的工艺技术相比,它不需对焊、冷拉,施工简便,节省能源,质量可靠,可节省钢材37％～64％,已在多项工程中使用,效果十分显著。
The JMA10 type anchorage and prestressed process technology invented by Leiyuan Iron Comrade of Jianyi Company of Anhui Province won the gold medal at the second invention exhibition in Anhui Province and was recommended to participate in the 1992 Paris International Invention Exhibition. The new product and technical indicators have reached the international standards for the same type of anchors. Compared with the current process technology, it does not require welding, cold drawing, construction is simple, energy saving, reliable quality, can save steel 37% to 64%, has been used in a number of projects, the effect is very significant.
