小麦“四定四管”高产栽培技术是在生产斗争和科学实验的实践中,总结出来的一套小麦亩产800斤的经验。河北铺大队的实践,使2000多亩平播小麦,在1972年亩产500来斤的基础上,提高到现在的800多斤。1978年全大队2234亩平作小麦平均亩产830斤。“四定四管”是指种好和管好小麦的八项关键技术措施。种好主要抓“四定”:定品种、定肥料、定播期、定密度;管好主要抓“四管”:冬前普管、开春巧管、中期稳管、后期紧管。
