采用末端淬火法研究了20CrMnSiNi2A钢的淬透性及其影响因素。结果表明,钢中加入Ni元素,适当提高淬火加热温度均能有效地改善20CrMnSiNi2A钢的淬透性。
The quench resistance and its influencing factors of 20CrMnSiNi2A steel were studied by end quenching method. The results show that adding Ni to steel and properly increasing the quenching temperature can effectively improve the hardenability of 20CrMnSiNi2A steel.
