In this paper, two kinds of echinococcosis were compared, and the prevention and treatment of multilocular echinococcosis were discussed. The surgical cure rate of granulomatous echinococcosis can reach 50 ~ 90%, the recurrence rate after treatment is 2 ~ 11%. Multiple rooms of echinococcosis in the liver and other organs within the hidden attack, when the diagnosis is difficult to have surgery or drug treatment. It was reported that most of the patients died within 10 years.
