近年来,由于对儿童接种百白破混合制剂不落实,导致人群对白喉的易感性增高。据调查,西宁市6—15岁儿童白喉血凝(HA)抗体阳性率仅25.20%。为了提高人群抗白喉的免疫水平,我们在西宁市部分小学儿童中进行了小剂量白喉类毒素(下称白类)的免疫效果观察。结果如下:
