中国证监会主席周小川 4月 10日在京指出 ,最近是证券业转变比较快的阶段 ,在法制规范、对外开放、监管措施、新兴技术等诸多方面都发生了或正在发生重大的变化。证监会将实行分层次监管 ,证券业协会逐步承担实质性监管任务 ,要奖勤罚懒 ,以督促证券公司加强竞争 ,增强紧迫感。
Zhou Xiao-chuan, chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, pointed out in Beijing on April 10 that the recent period of relatively rapid changes in the securities industry has undergone or is undergoing major changes in many aspects such as legal norms, opening up, regulatory measures and emerging technologies. The Commission will implement a hierarchical supervision, the Securities Association gradually assume the substantive regulatory tasks, to reward hard lazy, to urge securities companies to strengthen competition and enhance the sense of urgency.
