患男,15岁。以发现尿蛋白1年入院。1年前因反复呼吸道感染在本院就诊。查尿蛋白(),测24b尿蛋白定量为5.9g,血β_2-MG2807.89μg/L,尿β_2-MG332.95μg/L,BUN4.2mmol/L,Crll6μmol/L。口服保肾康0.1g,3次/d,至灵胶囊0.5g,3次/d,1月后,复查尿蛋白(),测24h尿蛋白定量在5.0～8.3g之间。在外院服中药治疗1月效果不佳。偶而有肉眼血尿,无夜尿增多。10年来听力差,出现耳鸣。10岁时患急性肾炎。母亲有遗传性肾炎-
