2005年本人开始接受学校的少先队工作,一直以开展少先队活动为主要工作,通过网络学习不断汲取新的教育理念,懂得如何更有效地开展我校的少先队活动,引导学生走向生活实践,将少先队活动从内容到形式不断予以创新,不仅可使队员在社会生活实践中树立创造的志向,体验创造的快乐,还可以培养队员的创造精神,增长队员的创造才干,发展队员的创造思维。
In 2005, I started to work as a pioneer in Pioneer Work in our school. I have been focusing on the activities of Young Pioneers. Through online learning, I constantly learned new educational concepts, learned how to carry out Pioneer Activities in our school more effectively, and guided students to practice in life. From content to form continue to be innovative, not only allows players in the practice of social life to create the ambition to create experience of happiness, but also to cultivate the team spirit of creativity, the growth of team members to create ability to develop team members to create thinking.
