1 前言过盈联接按联接表面的几何特征可分为连续表面的过盈联接,例如圆锥面联接;断续表面的过盈联接,例如具有单槽锥形衬套的过盈联接,见图1.具有单槽锥形衬套的联接装置,主要由单槽锥形衬套4、轮毂1及螺钉2组成,衬套与轮毂间以圆锥面配合,平键5用来保证定位。在沿圆周均匀分布的高强度螺钉预紧力作用下,其锥面迫使带开口的衬套缩小,从而分别与轴及轮毂形成过盈配合而实现联接。
1 INTRODUCTION The interference fit can be classified as an interference fit of a continuous surface according to the geometric characteristics of the joining surface, such as a conical surface coupling; an interference fit of a discontinuous surface, such as an interference fit with a single- The coupling device with a single-slot tapered bushing mainly consists of a single-slot tapered bushing 4, a hub 1 and a screw 2. Under the circumstance that the prestressing force of the high strength screw evenly distributed along the circumference is forced, the tapered surface forces the bushing with an opening to be narrowed, thereby forming an interference fit with the shaft and the hub, respectively, to achieve the connection.
