一、前言武钢硅钢片厂从日本引进硅钢生产专利及全套设备,试车投产已基本正常。在Hi—B硅钢生产过程中组织及第二相质点状态的变化,日本专利未提供系统资料。为了掌握专利,对理解专利提供一些数据,根据Hi—B工艺的特点,我们直接从生产线上切取热轧、常化、冷轧、脱碳退火和成品等五个工序的样品,用一般金相、透射电镜、图相分析仪等进行了观察和研究,以便了解各工序组织、第二相的变化及其与工艺和性能的关系。现将观察和研究结果报告如下。

The observations and research findings are reported below.
