采用原子吸收光谱法测定了46例口干患者和30例健康人血清中铜、铁、锌的含量。结果表明，口干组血清铁含量显著低于健康对照组；血清锌含量低于对照组，血清铜含量高于对照组，但均无统计学意义，因此认为补充铁剂将缓解口干症状。
The contents of copper, iron and zinc in serum of 46 dry mouth patients and 30 healthy people were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that serum iron content of the dry mouth group was significantly lower than that of the healthy control group; serum zinc content was lower than the control group, serum copper content was higher than the control group, but no statistically significant, so that iron supplementation will relieve dry mouth symptoms.
