国外在T9l钢与异种钢焊接时 ,焊接材料多采用合金元素含量介于 2种母材之间的材料 ,并采用焊前预热和焊后热处理的工艺。在经过对T9l钢与钢 10 2异种钢焊接工艺进行研究后 ,使其焊接工艺与国外工艺相比得以简化。在确定了T91钢与钢 10 2异种钢新的、简化焊接工艺后 ,用该工艺制成了大量的试样。通过这些焊接试样的拉伸、弯曲试验结果 ,试样焊接区域的显微组织 ,试样焊口持久管爆试验 ,试样加速爆破试验等大量的试验验证 ,证明了T9l钢与钢 10 2异种钢采用上述简化工艺焊接的可行性 ,可指导实际的焊接施。
