用广谱感瘟籼型品种B40分别与3个持久抗瘟性籼型品种Tetep、湘资3150和谷梅2号杂交。3个组合的F1和F2及双亲在苗期用Zh21菌株喷雾接种。结果表明,Tetep、谷梅2号和湘资3150均由2对显性基因控制对试验菌株的抗性,其中前2个品种的基因间表现重叠效应,后1个品种的基因间表现抑制效应。
The broad-spectrum susceptible indica rice B40 was crossed with three long-lasting indica rice varieties Tetep, Xiangzi 3150 and Gumei 2 respectively. 3 combinations of F1 and F2 and parents in the seedling with Zh 2 1 strains spray inoculation. The results showed that the resistance of Tetep, Gumei 2 and Xiangzi 3150 to the tested strains were controlled by two pairs of dominant genes. Among them, the first two cultivars showed the overlapping effect among the genes and the inter-gene inhibitory effect .
