目的：探讨优质护理对帕金森病人生活质量的影响。方法选取2013年11月～2014年5入院的80例病人作为本次观察对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组40例；对照组患者予常规神经内科护理，实验组给予优质护理干预，比较两组患者的生活质量情况。结果出院时，两组患者的生活质量评分均有提高，而实验组病人生活质量评分情况变化较明显，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论对帕金森病患者进行优质护理，能有效的改善老年病人的生活质量，一定程度上减轻了患者家属的负担，有利于患者的康复和治疗。“,”Objective:To explore the ef ect of high quality nursing service on the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods:A total of 80 patients with Parkinson’s disease,who were selected from Nov 2013 to Mar 2014 in our hospital,were divided randomly into the control group and the experiment group,with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given the routine nursing of neurology,and the experiment group was given the high quality nursing service.After that,the quality of life them in two groups was compared. Results:At the time of discharge,the score of quality of life changed high between two groups.And the experiment group changed higher than the control group.The dif erence was statistical y significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing service on the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease could play a good role in improving the quality of life for patients and reduce the burden of family to some extent,which was useful making them cooperated actively with the physician,which was helpful to the rehabilitation and treatment of patients.
