甲状腺激素是调节机体多系统生理功能的一种重要激素。到目前为止国外的学者们已经完成了对T_4.3,5,3’-T_3、3,3’,5’-rT_3、3,3’-T_2,3’,5’-T_2、3,5-T_2及3’-T_1等甲状腺激素的外周组织代谢动力学研究,并对肝炎、肝硬化,急性肾功能不全、非甲状腺所致的急性危重疾病以及饥饿状态下甲状腺激素的代谢变化进行了研究。虽然,国外对甲状腺激素代谢动力学研究开展得比较深入,但各家报道的结果不完全一致。这主要是由于在实验方法和计算方法上使用的手段不同而造成的。现将国外较多采用的几种实验方法和计算方法简述如下: 一、实验方法
Thyroid hormones are important hormones that regulate the physiological functions of multiple systems in the body. So far, foreign scholars have completed the T_4.3,5,3’-T_3,3,3 ’, 5’-rT_3,3,3’-T_2,3’, 5’-T_2,3,5 -T_2, and 3’-T_1 thyroid hormones and study the metabolic changes of thyroid hormone in starvation, cirrhosis, acute renal insufficiency, non-thyroid-induced acute critical illness and starvation . Although, foreign studies on thyroid hormone metabolism carried out more in-depth, but the results reported by each is not exactly the same. This is mainly due to the differences in the means used in the experimental and computational methods.
