在网络系统中,网管通信协议与网管信息模型存在不一致的问题,即使在采用明文传递网管信息的情况下,也难以实现不同厂家设备之间的相互管理。在我国某些局部地区,网络运营商尝试过通过建立综合网管系统来提高网络的可控性和可靠性,然而在实际操作中这些综合网管系统仅仅能够履行对网络设备的监测功能,相当于网管系统的综合显示器,却不具备网络控制功能,所以网络系统在可靠性、可控性、安全性、开放性、经济性等方面仍然存在需要改进的地方。在信息时代到来的今天,信息技术的飞速发展和社会信息化程度的不断提高,使得光网络成为了信息传递的基础设施,要在信息化建设中不断完善,提高光网络在特殊情况下信息传递的可靠性。因此,如何进行当前网络改造,规划好下一代安全光网络建设已经成为了安全网络发展必须面对的问题。基于此点,本文首先对光网络网管系统的脆弱性进行分析,并在此基础上提出构建安全光网络的有效对策。

Therefore, how to carry out the current network transformation and plan the construction of the next-generation safety optical network has become a problem that must be faced in the development of the safety network. Based on this point, this paper first analyzes the vulnerability of optical network management system, and on this basis, proposes an effective countermeasure to construct secure optical network.
