展示一种可用于井下测量煤炭截割力的三向力传感器。传感器为电阻应变式,其弹性元件上对应于三向分力的剪切应力区域,是由薄壁筒上开双层错位槽孔,即每一层均匀开出四个槽孔,但上下层槽孔之间沿轴向相互错开45°形成。对模型结构进行有限元计算和分析,确定了纯剪应力区的位置和主应力值。实验结果表明,所研制的力传感器不但三个测力方向灵敏度高、有足够的刚度,而且分力间交叉干扰小;制造工艺性好。
A three-way force sensor that can be used to measure coal cutting force downhole is shown. Sensor for the strain-gauge, the elastic element corresponding to the three-component shear stress in the region, is by the thin-walled tube open double staggered slot, that is, each layer evenly out of four slots, but the upper and lower layer Slots are axially offset from each other by 45 °. The model structure is calculated and analyzed by finite element method, and the position and principal stress value of pure shear stress zone are determined. The experimental results show that the developed force sensor not only has high sensitivities in three directions of force, but also has enough rigidity, and crosstalk between component forces is small. The manufacturing process is good.
