对LY12铝合金和Al-5.45Si合金液态模锻时结晶凝固过程的传热特点与组织形态进行了实验研究,首先实验测定了机械静压力以及模具预热温度和加压开始时间等工艺参数对凝固速度的影响,在此基础上实验分析了压力与主要工艺参数对二次枝晶间距、共晶体片间距的影响,进而说明了压力对相的形态分布的影响。
The heat transfer characteristics and microstructure of LY12 aluminum alloy and Al-5.45Si alloy during liquid die-forging process were studied experimentally. Firstly, the mechanical static pressure, the preheating temperature of die and the start time of pressing process were measured experimentally The influence of pressure and main process parameters on the secondary dendrite spacing and eutectic sheet spacing was experimentally analyzed, and then the effect of pressure on the morphological distribution of the phases was also illustrated.
